我剖析有错误的地方还请曹老师无情指出或是严厉批评并且指正。
1，[C,U]浓度；含量
theamountofasubstanceinaliquidorinanothersubstance
amount和asubstance之间是【归属关系】，ofasubstance和aliquidorinanothersubstance在同一层次从不同角度修饰amount
2，N-VAR浓度
Theconcentrationofasubstanceistheproportionofessentialingredientsorsubstancesinit.
类似上一例，concentration和asubstance之间是【归属关系】，ofessentialingredientsorsubstances和init在同一层次从不同角度修饰proportion
3，比率；倍数关系
therelationshipofonethingtoanotherinsize,amount,etc.
ofonething，ofonething，insize,amount,etc.三个介词短语在同一层次对relationship从不同角度修饰
4，[U,C,usuallypl.]正确的比率；均衡；匀称
thecorrectrelationshipinsize,degree,importance,etc.betweenonethingandanotherorbetweenthepartsofawhole
insize,degree,importance,etc.修饰correctrelationship，被betweenonethingandanotherorbetweenthepartsofawhole修饰
5，[C]（某时某状况下存在的）数目，程度，浓度
theamountofsththatexistsinaparticularsituationataparticulartime
ofsth修饰amount，构成【组成关系】类似alotofsth，与第一例theamountofasubstance有不同。thatexistsinaparticularsituationataparticulartime修饰amountofsth
其实我比较纠结的就是1和5，amountof的使用方法是不是一样，有时是【组成关系】，有时是【归属，是关系】。

the amount of sth. 某物的量。of 表示所属关系。第一和第五例中的the amout of sth是一样的。语义中心在the amount 上。
an amount of sth 中，an amount of 才能视为量词。语义中心在sth上。
你的其它剖析都是没意义的。仅需依据逻辑判断什么介词短语修饰什么名词即可。这已经超出了英语学习的范畴了，而是对逻辑关系的理解问题。
